By placing an order with Le Sarah, you agree to the following policy. We’ve kept it simple so you always know what to expect.
1.Order Cancellation &Changes
- Orders can be cancelled or adjusted before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.
- To request a cancellation or adjustment, please contact us at services@lesarah.com as soon as possible.
2.Returns
Our return window lasts 15 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We accept returns only if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- To complete your return, you’ll need proof of purchase and the item(s) in original condition.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, opened or used press-on nails cannot be returned.
3. Exchanges / Resend
- If your order was incorrect or damaged on arrival, we are happy to resend the correct or replacement item.
- If damage occurred during shipping, we may ask you to cover part of the reshipping cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected,we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
In cases where a full return isn’t practical (e.g. shipping damage) we may offer partial refund as compensation.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item),return shipping costs are refundable.
