RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Due to hygiene considerations and the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or for requests to receive a different style or size.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Requests submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or resend only (refunds are not issued).
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
● The item remains in the condition in which it was received
● All components, including tool kits, are unused and intact
● The item is in its original packaging
● Proof of purchase is provided

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS & SHIPPING

Returns are accepted only if explicitly approved by our Customer Service team.
If a return is authorized, return instructions will be provided via email.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for any return or reshipping costs.

INCORRECT ADDRESS – DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS, RETURNS & RESHIPMENT

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must double‑check their shipping address when placing an order. 
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, return, or extra costs, all responsibility and expenses shall be borne by the customer.

1. Address Confirmation
If our system detects an address issue, we will send a confirmation request via SMS and email. If the customer does not reply within 2–3 days, we will use the address on file and ship the order.

2. After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the address or intercept the package. If a delivery exception occurs due to an incorrect address, we can only wait for the package to be returned to our warehouse.

3. Options After Return (Choose One)

Reshipment
●Processing takes approximately 15 business days after return. All extra shipping costs are borne by the customer.
●These fees must be paid and a new, complete address provided before reshipment:
○Return shipping fee (Depends on the actual shipping costs).
○Redelivery shipping fee (Depends on the actual shipping costs).
○Handling fee $20 (Carrier surcharges+Manual Processing Fee).

Partial Refund
●If the customer no longer wants the order, we will issue a partial refund. 
●These fees will be automatically deducted from the refund:
○Original shipping fee (Depends on the actual shipping costs).
○Return shipping fee (Depends on the actual shipping costs).
○Handling fee $20 (Carrier surcharges+Manual Processing Fee).
●The refund will be processed after we receive the returned package (≈15 business days). Credit time depends on the customer’s payment provider.

4. Customer Responsibility
The customer must verify their address before the order is shipped. If a delay or return occurs due to failure to reply or an incorrect address, we reserve the right to seek recovery of actual losses.

5. Lost in Return Transit
If a returned package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will automatically deduct these fees from any refund amount: 
○Product actual cost fee.
○Original shipping fee (Depends on the actual shipping costs).
○Return shipping fee (Depends on the actual shipping costs).
○Handling fee $20 (Carrier surcharges+Manual Processing Fee).
Any remaining balance will be refunded, if no balance remains, no refund is issued. 
We will not provide a replacement or additional compensation.

These rules aim to handle address‑related shipping issues fairly and transparently. Thank you for your understanding.

REFUNDS

Le Sarah does not offer refunds except in specific cases outlined in our policy.
Otherwise approved cases will be resolved through replacement or resend only.
